No. It is physical hardware from Observable Universe. You purchase the appliance. It ships. You plug it in. List prices are USD MSRP for goods and the relocation assist service.

Do I have to replace Google or iCloud on day one?

No. Relocate what you want, when you want. The vault is the home for files, photos, and contacts you choose to bring over. Phones on the house SSID can point at home services as you cut over.

What is AI Guard?

On-prem monitoring that ships with every OU Vault SKU. It is part of the appliance you buy — baseline watching on the box under your roof.

What is the AI Server Node?

A GPU appliance on your LAN for local LLMs. Prompts and context stay in the building. Stack it with the vault at $4,799, or add the node later at $3,499.

Can you spec a custom house or office?
